Terms of service.

1.1 ) The Company agrees to rent the items listed in Appendix A to the Renter for the period starting on [Start Date] & ending on [Return Date].

1.2 ) The items will be [delivered to / collected by] the Renter on [Delivery/Collection Date] at [Time].

1.3 ) The Renter agrees to return all rented items to the Company at [Return Location] no later than [Return Date & Time].

1.4 ) Late returns may be subject to additional rental fees of designated rental rates per day.

1.5 ) A refundable deposit of AED 800 is required by cash/cheque upon delivery. Deposit amount will be refunded upon return of the rented items & following item inspection.

1.6 ) If renter wishes to do the setup prior to rental dates, there will be an extra charge.

 RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES

 2.1 ) The Renter is responsible for the proper use & care of all rented items.

2.2 ) Any damages, including but not limited to scratches, stains, or dents, incurred during the rental period will be the sole responsibility of the Renter.

2.3 ) The Company will inspect the items upon return & determine the extent of any damages. If necessary, the Renter agrees to cover the cost of repair or restoration.

 CLEANING & STORAGE REQUIREMENTS

 3.1 ) The Renter agrees to follow any specific cleaning & storage instructions provided to maintain the condition of the rented items.

3.2 ) If cleaning is required before returning the items, the Renter must ensure that the provided cleaning instructions are adhered to. Any deviation from the provided cleaning instructions could result in damages to the items.

3.3 ) If items are not returned in an acceptable condition, the Company may charge a cleaning fee of [AED X]. If the Company are unable to clean & restore the items to an acceptable condition, this may result in damage charges.

LOSS OR SEVERE DAMAGE

 4.1 ) In the event of loss, theft, or severe damage (where the item is beyond repair), the Renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of the item(s).

4.2 ) The Company will provide an invoice for the replacement cost, which must be paid by the Renter within 30 days of notification.

4.3 ) Failure to pay the replacement cost may result in legal action or collection proceedings.
